What we process

This website sets no tracking cookies and does not measure its audience with a third-party tool.

On behalf of each client concierge company, the application processes the data of its guests: identity, WhatsApp number, conversations, preferences and bookings. The concierge company is the data controller; Vebota LLC acts as processor.

Where and for how long

Data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted and isolated per concierge company. Each company sets how long its conversations and media are kept; after that, they are deleted automatically.

Assistant and transparency

When the assistant replies to a guest, it identifies itself as such if asked, in line with the European AI Act. Every disclosure is logged.

Messages may be sent to a language model provider and a transcription service to generate replies; they are not used to train those models.

Your rights

Access, rectification, portability, erasure: the concierge company can export or delete all of a guest’s data from the application. For any request: info@vetexis.com.
