Purpose
Vetexis Concierge is a software platform provided to concierge companies by Vebota LLC, on subscription, to manage their guests, bookings, schedule, WhatsApp inbox and invoicing.
Account and access
Sign-in requires a password, then a code sent by email at every sign-in. Each team member has their own access and a role that limits what they see. The concierge company is responsible for the access it grants.
Role of the assistant
The assistant prepares replies and booking requests; it confirms no service without action from a team member. The concierge company remains solely responsible for its commitments to its guests and suppliers.
The concierge company connects its own WhatsApp number and undertakes to comply with WhatsApp’s terms of use, notably regarding consent and solicitation.
Subscription and termination
Plan prices are those published on the site, excluding VAT; the Custom offer is priced on quote. The subscription can be cancelled at any time; data can be exported, then deleted when the account is closed.
